Tom:
The narrator, son of Amanda, who is the one responsible for whole family's life. He works in a factory. He likes smoking and drinking. He doesn't have a really good relationship with his family, especially his mom Amanda. He wants to get away from the family or I should say his mom.
Amanda:
A mom of two children. And her husband ran away from the family. She is a person who is really talkative and really wants her children to do the things that she said. I would like to say she likes to control her children even they are already mid-20s.
Laura:
The sister of the family who born with a lame leg, so she likes to block herself from the society. She is the one who likes to collect "The Glass Menagerie". Because of her lame leg and her own personality she didn't have any job. And she did not even go to the business school, she lied to her mom. She met Jim when they were in High School Theater.
Jim:
He is the one that Amanda wants Laura to marry to. He is Tom's high school friend. He danced with Laura and kissed her accidentally? But, he said he already engaged with someone else. And Laura gave him the broken glass menagerie.
